This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Kids Magnetic Tiles and explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
We have a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unused unworn with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return please contact us at info@kidsmagnetictiles.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return request is approved we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective damaged or incorrect.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective damaged or incorrect contact us immediately at info@kidsmagnetictiles.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
